Through seamless synchronization between the mobile and web-based applications (when connected), real-time field activities can be effortlessly monitored by office personnel. Additionally, an email notification is triggered upon task completion, ensuring swift communication within the project team.
With PeerAssist FIELD, users are equipped to generate safety reports, execute pre-task planning and daily reporting, manage attendance, document RFIs, and more. The platform provides access to a diverse array of pre-designed forms from the template library or offers the flexibility to create customized forms tailored to specific needs. Users can conveniently incorporate photos, capture time-stamped signatures, and utilize date/time/currency selectors. Innovative features such as voice-to-text functionality and predefined employee and material lists significantly streamline data entry processes. Moreover, users have the ability to designate mandatory fields, involve key project stakeholders in reports, and request signatures from clients.
For PeerAssist PROJECT MANAGEMENT subscribers, tracking T&M on the mobile application directly links to the office's capacity to price extra work and submit Change Order Requests efficiently. Essential details such as employee names, trade rates, and material information can be conveniently preset for individual projects or company-wide use. This ensures that real-time costs are continually monitored and aids in expediting pricing procedures for additional project tasks.
PeerAssist PROCUREMENT empowers field personnel to initiate material requests, monitor pending orders, and receive materials directly through the mobile app interface. Office users can seamlessly generate purchase orders based on field requests or initiate standalone orders, fostering comprehensive collaboration between on-site teams and office staff throughout the procurement process. The inclusion of predefined material lists and pricing data facilitates expedited creation of purchase orders without comprising accuracy.
